During one of the most challenging times in recent economic history, Ben Fraser made a name for himself in eastern suburbs real estate. His leadership in property management during the turbulent economic period of 2020 caught the attention of leading sales professionals who elevated him to sales associate, where his market knowledge, negotiating ability and pragmatism would benefit sellers. 

Any local investors will attest, tenants vacated eastern suburbs leases en masse during the early months of covid. It was then that Ben’s dedication was crucial to protecting the investments of numerous landlords who entrust Ray White Double Bay to manage their property portfolios. 

For months he went door to door from Rose Bay to Double Bay, North Bondi to Woolloomooloo, Elizabeth Bay to Surry Hills, meeting with existing tenants, owners and prospective tenants in order to renegotiation and secure strong rental returns in a downturn for umpteen properties, far outperforming the results of the average leasing agent who might celebrate negotiating five leases in a month.  

Recently voted by the team as the ‘most valuable player’ for the financial year, Ben’s hard work and effort is admired within the network. He leased a total of 186 properties for the financial year and 82 of those leases were during the Covid period between March - June.

This reputation and leadership skill has underpinned a move to residential sales, where Ben is today a sales associate with leading agent James Ledgerwood. Selling prestige real estate, James constantly delivers premium results for sellers, having attained many suburb and street records. 

Born in Sydney, Ben grew up in Bondi and has lived in Vaucluse and Rose Bay, He was educated at Scots College before embarking on a career in real estate with a boutique agency in Woollahra. He was soon headhunted by Ray White Double Bay where he has excelled since. 

Before work you’re likely to find Ben at the beach enjoying an ocean swim, and after work, he’ll often be found boxing.
