Courtney has worked exclusively in the property industry and developed a reputation as one of the leading talent developers in the nation over 15 years.

She’s directly performed every role in a real estate office from the age of 14 where she was the receptionist for a leading coastal real estate business, before taking to property management while studying her accounting degree at university. Following this, she was promoted to office manager, has been in sales and lead generation, and even purchased a business and managed its establishment for her family in 2015. Their office increased market share from eight per cent to 32 per cent in just four years.

So capable was she in each of her capacities in real estate, that she was recognised as the best new talent in the Ray White network at the state annual awards ceremony. That’s where she piqued the interest of corporate leaders, and where Courtney has since truly excelled.

The CEO of Growth in the largest property network in the nation appointed Courtney to drive innovation adoption, performance management platforms and customer communication strategies across hundreds of offices and thousands of real estate professionals.

So successful was she in this capacity, that the organisation recognised her as the individual who had the greatest impact on the skill development of the network at the international annual award’s ceremony.

Courtney went on to develop and build a bespoke e-marketing automation and analytics approach for an organisation of over 10,000 real estate professionals, and managed development improvements for a range of industry-leading digital real estate assets.

Such was Courtney’s reputation in the network of 1,000 offices that the most successful Ray White business in Australia, with a billion dollar annual turnover and 30 salespeople, seconded Courtney for twelve months to devise and lead a new approach to performance, marketing and customer experience. She was responsible for executing strategies to improve customer communication, increase lead generation, and drive revenue growth for the sales and property management businesses. During that time, the office set new records for the number of sales and dollar value sold in a month and quarter.
