Nicole Sussman
Senior Property Manager
Nicole was proudly born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs and uses this advantage, along with her 15+ years experience in real estate and property management, to deliver outstanding local knowledge and results to her clients.
She joined the award-winning Ray White Double Bay Property Management team in April 2017, bringing with her the culmination of experience and skills honed at Bradfield Cleary, Elders, Real Commercial Management in Residential and Commercial Property Management and Leasing.
Nicole intimately knows every facet of how to increase a landlord’s return on investment and create a trouble-free tenancy - not only the day-to-day running of the property, but also rent and arrears management, condition reporting and regular inspections, repairs and maintenance - the list goes on.
She places a lot of emphasis on delivering a healthy tenant/landlord relationship management, through proactive and transparent communication. A self-confessed ‘proud perfectionist’, this is so much more than a job for Nicole - she gets a lot of satisfaction out of nurturing these relationships and providing gold star, personalised service, treating each property as her own and with a core objective of maximising her landlord’s return.
Nicole is also driven to set a good example to her daughter, the light of her life, that women can be independent, strong and do anything they set their mind to.
Nicole secures double the rent:
Nicole took over the Property Management for a client who was receiving well below market rent. The property was very run down due to transient tenants over a 10 year period. She worked with the owners to terminate the tenancy, renovate the kitchen, install new carpets, blinds, and a lick of paint and re-tenanted it for $500 more a week to a quality tenant who went on to look after the property. Not only did the owner double her rent from $510 to $1010 per week, there were no repairs and maintenance issues to worry about and the tenant was very respectful of their newly renovated asset.
