A $13.67m sale of a gated stately residence on 1,388sqm of level land on Kambala Road in Bellevue Hill. A well-regarded local neuro-anaesthetist and his Commonwealth Bank executive wife purchased the six-bedroom home of a property developer and cookbook author.
