Fashion designer Bec Cooper buys $4M home in North Bondi

Designer Bec Cooper from contemporary Australian label Bec + Bridge has purchased a home on Niblick Street in North Bondi.

Ms Cooper paid over the guide of $4 million for the home, making it a street record.

The sale marks another North Bondi street record for top Eastern Suburbs agent Warren Ginsberg.

Mr Ginsberg has found a new level of momentum after selling nearly $25 million worth of real estate across 13 properties in just 11 days.

The sales make up a cross-section of properties from investor apartments in Surry Hills, to off the plan semi’s in North Bondi, and a record-breaking penthouse on the beaches.

“Since the election and recent interest rate cuts, we have seen an increasing number of buyers enter the market.”

“We’ve taken advantage of this by qualifying buyers, staying in touch, and matching them to the right property when it becomes available.”

Recently placed in the top three city salespeople at the Ray White NSW Awards, Mr Ginsberg was also responsible for setting six North Bondi street records earlier this year.

The Associate Director from Ray White’s Number 1 Australian office has put his recent success down to building great relationships with buyers and finding them the right property.

Mr Ginsberg says the market is continuing to evolve, creating new challenges.

“Now we’re finding that a lack of stock is stimulating the market. There’s a lot of buyers out there with not much choice, which is driving the prices up.”
