  1. Price it right: Serious buyers tend to do their homework before even considering putting in an offer. Serious sellers should ensure that they reach those informed buyers with a calculated price tag, achieved by thorough investigation of past trends, most importantly making use of the information network of a reputable agent, acknowledging the true value of the property.
  2. Spring Clean: Put away clutter, clean light switches, burn scented candles. A new coat of paint can never hurt.
