Stunning Sydney panorama views nets $3.86M at auction

STUNNING Sydney City, Harbour Bridge and Opera House views attracted huge competition between nine registered bidders as 199 Military Road in Dover Heights sold for $3,860,000.

The property had been owned by the same family for more than 60 years and beat all pre-auction offers as auction once again provided its worth as the number one method of sale.

“The house has such wonderful views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera house and Sydney skyline and the park across the road also has fabulous views,” said winning bidder Ms Bailu Arnold.

“I’ve been looking for the perfect property for six months and this one is at the corner of two streets and has really good neighbours surrounding the house.

“I plan on moving in first and then seeking DA approval to rebuild because it offers me a great opportunity to build the property of my dreams.

“With the climate as it is out there, it’s a good time for cash buyers and with banks lending and interest rates low, it was the ideal time for me to purchase.
