Ashley Kruyer

Ashley Kruyer brings a genuine passion for property, strong communication skills and a natural enthusiasm for connecting with people to her real estate career.

Ashley’s interest in the industry began in Year 10, inspired by growing up around real estate through her father, who is also an agent. By accompanying him to open homes, Ashley developed an appreciation for beautiful properties and the people behind each transaction. She completed a Diploma of Business at UTS, followed by her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice at TAFE, establishing a strong foundation for her career.

Having spent the past 18 months working across Maroubra, Randwick and Coogee, Ashley has developed a strong understanding of the Eastern Suburbs and the local property market. She has now moved into the Double Bay area, where she is excited to expand her knowledge, build new relationships and become part of the local community.

Having grown up in North Bondi, Ashley has a personal connection to the area and enjoys being back in a part of Sydney that feels familiar. Her approachable nature and strong communication skills allow her to build genuine relationships with clients and understand what is important to them throughout the real estate journey.

With a passion for property and a commitment to continually learning and developing within the industry, Ashley focuses on delivering a positive experience for every client she works with.
