Daniel Ungar

Daniel Ungar has more than 25 years of experience across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, specialising in residential developments, prestige property and established homes and apartments. His experience is particularly strong across Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Dover Heights.

As Director of Projects and Acquisitions at Ray White Double Bay, Daniel leads the sales and marketing of residential developments across the Eastern Suburbs, working closely with developers throughout the full project lifecycle, from site acquisition and early planning through to product strategy, pricing, positioning, branding, launch and final sell-out.

Daniel has built his career around understanding not only property, but the buyers, owners and developers who shape the market. His experience gives him a detailed understanding of buyer behaviour, demand and the factors that influence value, allowing him to provide commercially informed advice from the earliest stages of a project.

His network spans downsizers, local owner-occupiers, investors and prestige buyers. Daniel understands what these buyers genuinely value, from location, aspect and natural light to privacy, parking, floorplan, design and amenity, and how those priorities should inform both product and sales strategy.

His project experience includes Belle de Vie and Splendour in Bellevue Hill, alongside an extensive portfolio of residential developments across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Alongside his project work, Daniel remains actively involved in selling established properties, including houses and apartments, applying the same considered approach to pricing, positioning, buyer targeting, and negotiation.

Born and raised in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and a Cranbrook School graduate, Daniel’s connection to the area extends well beyond his career. More than two decades in the market have allowed him to build long-standing relationships with buyers, owners, developers and industry professionals, giving his clients the benefit of both an active network and an informed perspective on the market.
