Graham Berman

Graham Berman is a real estate agent specialising in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, with a particular focus on Rose Bay, Dover Heights, Bellevue Hill, Double Bay and Vaucluse. For the past 11 years, he has focused specifically on Rose Bay, building detailed knowledge of the suburb, its properties and what buyers are looking for.

Graham has sold more than 350 properties, spanning family homes, prestige residences, apartments, semis and investment properties. His experience extends across a broad range of sellers, from families and investors to upsizers and downsizers.

His local knowledge is particularly strong in Rose Bay. He has sold more than 30 apartments across Balfour Road, Salisbury Road and Plumer Road, more than 50 houses and apartments across Carlisle Street, Spencer Street and Hamilton Street, and is currently marketing his 11th and 12th houses on Blake Street.

Among his notable results is 4 Victory Street, Rose Bay, a brand-new home that sold pre-market for a new suburb record. Other significant sales include 14 Ebsworth Road and 28 Courtenay Road in Rose Bay, and 132 Hopetoun Avenue, Vaucluse.

Graham was named REA’s Rose Bay Agent of the Year in 2025 and has also been recognised as RateMyAgent’s Agent of the Year for Rose Bay for six consecutive years. He has achieved Chairman Elite status and has been recognised among the top 1% of Ray White agents internationally. His approach centres on trust, honesty and clear communication, with a hands-on focus throughout every campaign. Rather than focusing solely on price, he places emphasis on the process and how to position a property to stand out from competing homes.

For vendors considering a move, Graham combines a deep understanding of the local market and buyer behaviour with clear, considered advice, helping his clients navigate the selling process with confidence from start to finish.
