2017 Most Expensive Sydney’s Suburbs

It comes as no surprise that 2017 sees the Eastern Suburbs take the cake for the majority of the top 5 most Expensive suburbs in Sydney, making it one of the most desired investment opportunity in the world. Here is the latest list based on median house sales of the past 12 months:

1.Darling Point

Median House Price – $5,700,000

With a whopping 15% growth from 2015 – 2016 and located just four kilometres from the CBD, Darling Point  offers stunning views of the Harbour and the area hosted sailing events during the 2000 Olympic Games.

2. Cremorne Point

Median House Price – $ 4,875,000

18.9% median house increase year on year. Situated on the other side of the Harbour near Taronga Zoo, Cremorne Point is just six kilometres from the CBD.

3. Bellevue Hill

Median House Price – $4,775,000

4. Vaucluse
