The catch is that in order to make substantial income as a “landlord” you have to own very impressive or at least very interesting property to make such an hourly prospect inviting for potential “tenants”.
The genius behind this novel idea are Tel Aviv architects Adi Bhiran and Lihi Gerstner, who began by renting out their own homes and those of friends and family for short term events like photo shoots, lectures, company events or weddings.
