Goodbye 2016, Hello 2017…

By Samantha Krimotat

2016 was a rather formidable year, with the world seeing vast amounts of change both politically and economically from wars to elections. Whilst these major events are for the most part out of our control, we can look forward to the New Year and truly see what we can do to enrich our own lives.

  3. Exercise: From jogging to yoga or even a simple stroll on the beach, exercise has been shown to reduce the stress producing hormone cortisol and release serotonin (the happy hormone). 30 minutes, three times a week is all that is required.
  4. Smile: It’s free and contagious
