Ray White Double Bay kicks off Spring in style

By Danielle Banton

Ray White Double Bay has kicked Spring off in style, with a successful auction night on 3rd September 2015.

Ray White’s number one sales agent Gavin Rubinstein auctioned six of the properties amongst those he is marketing, while Elliott Placks who is the Ray White network’s number one selling principal had two of the properties marketed through him up for auction.

On the evening eight of the nine properties on offer were successfully sold; seven at auction and one prior.

Both Elliott and Gavin were thrilled with the results.

“The way in which Gavin conducted himself with both his vendors and purchasers on the night was truly inspiring,” said Elliott.

The pair were recognised for their ongoing dominance in the market earlier this year at the Ray White group’s international awards night, held as part of the Connect Conference on the Gold Coast.

Elliottwas officially named as the number oneprincipalinternationally across the entire Ray White group, whileGavinwas recognised as being the topsales agent internationally, in a network of over 1,000 offices and in front of an audience of over 2,000 members of the Ray White group.
