The team at Ray White Double Bay have received top honours at the competitive Ray White NSW state awards last night, taking home number one salesperson, principal and office.
Dominating the City categories of the night, the team received more than 10 awards. The office took out number one city office, based on settled commissions, and ranked number three internationally.
Directors, Michael Finger, Craig Pontey and Elliott Placks, praised the team for their efforts. “I stood on the stage last night and the pride that I felt for our amazing team was hard to describe. I was overwhelmed.
“The energy and determination shown by all, in particular our winners, is something to embrace. For me, it gives me inspiration to encourage those that really want to succeed to do even better,” Michael said
“Seeing everyone there together last night, all 54 of us, was exciting and showed the energy and companionship that we are creating. I look forward to celebrating and sharing more successes in the coming weeks, months and years together,” Elliott added.
“For those that won last night, an extra special congratulations. They all worked to the outer limits and went far and beyond, making supreme sacrifices. All very deserving award winners,” Craig said.
Taking out four of the top ten spots for best city salesperson, Warren Ginsberg came in at eighth position, Daryl Rosen number six, Ashley Bierman at five and Gavin Rubinstein taking the top spot as the best in the state,
and second internationally.
The top two spots in best Performing city principals was taken out by Double Bay, with Craig Pontey and Michael Finger number one and two, respectively. Elliott Placks came in sixth position.
Michael Krimotat was crowned Property Management Team Leader of the Year and was recognised for 10 years of service.
Samantha Finger also received a tenure award acknowledging her contribution to the group over 10 years. Sarah Bester was recognised for 15 years of service and was a finalist in the Administrator of the Year award.
Ray White Double Bay’s Daniel Pym also the runner up for best referring office to a Loan Market broker.
