New Street Record Days After Launch Party

ONLY four days after agents Evan Williams and Benjamin Goodwin from leading eastern suburbs agency Ray White Double Bay launched 7 Weeroona Avenue, Woollahra  with a red carpet soiree, the pair sold the stunning newly renovated four bedroom home  for a new street record.

The beautifully proportioned property with the dress circle Woollahra address was sought after by buyers for its contemporary living plus indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.

Sold for an undisclosed amount for a new street record, Mr Williams was thrilled with the result and the level of interest as a direct result of the last week’s VIP launch event.

“We achieved a sensational result within the first five days on the market. The  buyer came through at our red carpet launch after receiving our hand delivered invitation. The buyer lived only a few streets away,” Mr Williams said.

“The successful offer was only one of one hundred plus groups that had the opportunity to view the property before the first Saturday viewing even commenced.”

The VIP launch event saw 107 guests attend, and it’s the second time the duo backed this launch strategy.

Mr Goodwin who designed the styling of the night said it’s important to test new things in today’s climate and  said we’re in an industry that has followed a black and white approach for decades.

“We felt it was important to progressively think outside of the box. We are all for the idea of bringing neighbours and buyers together through this wonderful event. Connecting the community together has never been so much fun and this concept certainly encapsulates that!”

“The VIP style red carpet property launch  is unique and offers a more relaxed style of selling, providing buyers with an option to come together and enjoy a wonderful experience (and a cocktail or two).“

This is the second time in recent weeks that this type of launch has seen a property sell within days of the event.

Vendor and local photographer Naomi Hamilton praised the efforts of the agents and said if it wasn’t for their innovative thinking and sound marketing strategy they never would’ve received this fantastic result.

“What can I say except that Benjamin Goodwin and Evan Williams at Ray white Double Bay have been the most wonderful  complementary duo to work with in the sale of my house.”

“I set High expectations for them and they came through with flying colours. Creative ideas, strategy and valuable advice from the boys which I took very seriously and I have to say it works. They are gold!”
