ONLY four days after agents Evan Williams and Benjamin Goodwin from leading eastern suburbs agency Ray White Double Bay launched 7 Weeroona Avenue, Woollahra with a red carpet soiree, the pair sold the stunning newly renovated four bedroom home for a new street record.
The beautifully proportioned property with the dress circle Woollahra address was sought after by buyers for its contemporary living plus indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.
Sold for an undisclosed amount for a new street record, Mr Williams was thrilled with the result and the level of interest as a direct result of the last week’s VIP launch event.
“We achieved a sensational result within the first five days on the market. The buyer came through at our red carpet launch after receiving our hand delivered invitation. The buyer lived only a few streets away,” Mr Williams said.
“The successful offer was only one of one hundred plus groups that had the opportunity to view the property before the first Saturday viewing even commenced.”
The VIP launch event saw 107 guests attend, and it’s the second time the duo backed this launch strategy.
Mr Goodwin who designed the styling of the night said it’s important to test new things in today’s climate and said we’re in an industry that has followed a black and white approach for decades.
