Ray White Double Bay shines a light on giving this festive season

By Danielle Banton

Ray White Double Bay has partnered with Rotary Club of Rose Bay and Help Orphans Now to deliver an inspiring Christmas campaign for disadvantaged children and youth who may need a little extra light in their festive season.

The Little Ray of Giving campaign will launch across Australia and New Zealand from 1 December 2014 with Australians being asked to dig deep to put smiles on the faces of some special children in their community.

“It’s a really simple way to put a smile on the face of a child who might otherwise go without this Christmas,” said Ray White Double Bay’s Craig Pontey.

All you need to do is visit one of our giving trees, select a gift tag from the tree, purchase and wrap a gift for that child, then pop the gift back under the tree. Your gift will be delivered to one of over 568 children in residential care in NSW who will appreciate the lift to their festive season.” Craig Pontey said.

Ray White Double Bay located at 356 New South Head Road, Double Bayhave a special giving tree in their front window (Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm & Sat 9.00am-1.00pm) and one upstairs outside Woolworths in Kiaora Place, Double Bay (Saturday-Monday 4.00-6.00pm from 6–15th December).

Ray White has run this initiative across Australia and New Zealand each December since 2012. Last year alone almost 3000 gifts were donated across 55 offices and delivered to children in need across Australia.
