Ray White Double Bay was named No.1 NSW/ACT Office and No.1 International Office, out of over 1,000 Ray White offices, at last night’s Ray White NSW/ACT 2025/2026 Annual Awards. The team won nine awards, including the CEO Cup for Principals Elliott Placks and Michael Krimotat.

Leading both the state and international rankings in the same year reflects an office where every division pulls in the same direction. It also shows how we operate. We ranked sixth in the network for number of sales, so our No.1 position was built on more than volume. The CEO’s Cup: Elliott Placks and Michael Krimotat
The CEO’s Cup was awarded jointly to Elliott Placks and Michael Krimotat, recognising leadership and contribution to the wider Ray White group.
Presenting the award, Ray White NSW/ACT CEO Tim Snell said Elliott and Michael “didn’t inherit a legacy, but they did build one”. He spoke about how they have invested in their people and developed leaders, and about the landmark office they built for their team in Double Bay. He also noted that the business covers residential and commercial sales, projects, property management and mortgage broking, and is backed by what he described as one of the deepest administrative teams in the industry.
“Michael and I have worked together for a long time, so to share the CEO’s Cup with him was special. It’s a huge honour, and one I’ll always be proud of.”

Elliott was also named No.2 Principal in NSW/ACT, a result earned while leading the office and selling alongside his team in the Eastern Suburbs market.
No.3 Property Management Office
Our property management team was named No.3 Property Management Office in the NSW/ACT network. The ranking recognises a team that manages investment properties across the Eastern Suburbs and beyond, with the reach of the whole network behind it.
No.3 Best in Market
Ray White Double Bay was also ranked No.3 in the Best in Market, Business category. This reflects the standard Ray White sets across its entire group, and the award recognises our office as a complete business, measured against the network’s leading operators.
Ashley Bierman: No.8 NSW/ACT Salesperson
Principal & Director Ashley Bierman was named No.8 Salesperson across NSW/ACT. Ashley specialises in prestige property in the Eastern Suburbs and achieved the result while also helping to lead the office.
Andrew John: No.1 Sales Associate of the Year
Andrew John was named the network’s No.1 Sales Associate of the Year. Andrew works in the team of Warren Ginsberg, Principal & Director, and the award recognises the associates who work alongside our agents and keep every campaign moving. “This award means the hard work is being noticed, and that’s a credit to the team I’m part of.
